With experience in WBT (web-based) training, Project Management/Curriculum Development/Training Development and e-learning Patience  has a great track record with converting PowerPoint to WBT (web based) training, developing and delivering instructional materials and curricula, including e-learning, instructor-led, stand-up training, by using adult learning principles. She is proficient in storyboarding instructional contents, redesigning/converting and restructuring existing training in conjunction with the Program Managers to WBT (web-based) training, for instructional soundness and determining what changes are necessary to improve the training.
